As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Colony Hardware your mission is simple: to identify, screen, and hire the best talent in the industry to ensure Colony Hardware can continue the growth trajectory we have planned for the immediate and long-term future.
A Little About Your Day; You Will:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling virtual and/or onsite interviews with appropriate hiring managers.
- Provide strategic staffing support to assigned areas and hiring managers while assisting in other areas of talent acquisition and the larger HR team.
- Facilitate the position requisition approval process.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for a variety of positions.
- Manage job postings on various internal and external sites.
- Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts to broaden candidate reach.
- Help take a candidate from an accepted offer through the pre-employment process, up to and including their first day and onboarding.
- Work with other members of the HR department to ensure a world-class onboarding experience.
- Provide regular updates to all involved in the hiring process, both in weekly/biweekly meetings and as needed through phone and/or email.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Need for Success:
- A minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience with experience working on salary and hourly-based positions.
- Prior in-house and/or agency recruiting experience required.
- Experience working on light industrial, warehouse, retail, manufacturing, and sales and management positions is a strong plus.
- Experience with both local and remote hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to think creatively about how to find the best people.
- Experience working in various recruiting systems including applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Jobvite, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Strong computer systems skills and organization when it comes to maintenance and retention of important documentation.
- Process orientation while having the ability to flex outside a process when needed.
