Regional Sales Manager
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Regional Sales Manager has primary responsibility for overseeing and managing all inside and outside sales activity in their region including Charlotte, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Youngsville, Creedmoor, McLeansville, and Greensboro, NC. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for ensuring the region meets sales targets and increases gross profit throughout the year.

A Little About Your Day; You Will:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets for the region by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance management of the sales team.
  • Identify and manage new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and overall lead generation for the region.
  • Meet regularly with customers, maintaining strong relationships which ensure outstanding service is being provided.
  • Works with the Inside Sales/CSR team, ensuring customer satisfaction and service resolution.
  • Coordinate product training for the sales team through collaboration with Training & Development to develop and facilitate continuous training opportunities for sales team members across the region.
  • Reviews quotes and orders to ensure appropriate follow-up and efficient sales.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • College Degree in a Business-related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of successful outside/inside sales experience, preferably selling similar products as Colony.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managerial or director roles required.
