A Little About Your Day: You will be responsible for:

·         Achieving growth and hitting sales targets for the region by successfully managing the sales team.

·         Owning objectives setting, coaching, and performance management of the sales team.

·         Identifying and managing new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and overall lead generation for the region.

·         Meeting regularly with customers and maintaining strong relationships which ensure outstanding service is being provided.

·         Working with the Inside Sales/CSR team, ensuring customer satisfaction and service resolution.

·         Coordinating product training for the sales team through collaboration with Training & Development to develop and facilitate continuous training opportunities for sales team members across the region.

·         Reviewing quotes and orders to ensure appropriate follow-up and efficient sales.

What You'll Need for Success:

·         High school diploma or equivalent is required.

·         College Degree in Business-related disciplines is preferred.

·         Minimum of 3-5 years experience in managerial or director experience. preferred

·         Minimum of 10-15 years of successful outside/inside sales experience, preferably selling similar products to those of Colony.
