As an eCommerce Manager at Colony Hardware, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation initiative, ensuring an exceptional online experience for our customers and consumers. Your strategic vision, data-driven insights, and collaboration skills will be key to our success.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Role:
- Lead the execution of our digital roadmap, aligning it with the overall vision for Colony Hardware's digital transformation.
- Drive a 10% P&L growth within the digital channel year over year.
- Identify and capitalize on new digital opportunities based on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into a prioritized and ROI-focused roadmap strategy.
- Take the lead in managing the end-to-end implementation of key eCommerce and mobile initiatives, ensuring they meet timeline, budget, and expectations.
- Manage day-to-day operations of digital solutions, implementing SEO fundamentals, and maintaining best practices.
- Implement data-driven web merchandising strategies across key user flows and product discovery.
- Conduct market gap analysis, gather customer feedback, and perform multi-variate testing experiments.
- Report on key KPIs, providing actionable insights for maximizing sales and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity, quality assurance, industry policies, brand standards, and customer experience are maintained.

What You'll Need for Success:

- Demonstrated experience delivering 10% P&L growth within the digital channel.
- Expertise in creating intuitive and impactful eCommerce and mobile solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and navigating the SDLC.
- Experience with frameworks such as Optimizely or Shopify is highly desired.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- 6-8 years of experience implementing digital eCommerce and mobile app solutions.
