  • Most importantly, you recognize the critical nature of how important our relationships with our vendors are and work with a strong sense of urgency to resolve any issues.

A Little About Your Day:

  • You will be sorting invoices and making sure all the proper documentation is included.
  • You will enter invoices into our ERP system for payment.
  • You’ll perform financial calculations including amounts due, interest, balances, discounts, equity, and principal.
  • You will ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • You’ll file invoices and check registers, issue checks, and track held checks.
  • You’ll prepare the check runs.
  • You will interact with vendors to provide payment issues and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • You will work with other departments to research and resolve concerns.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  •  A high school degree.
  • A college degree in a related field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience working in a distribution a plus
  • Experience working with ERP systems. Worked with Netsuite? That's a huge plus!
